We may sought out to customers inquiring for exchange of an item prior to purchase, if we are out of stock, or if we sent you an order that was not the right item. NO REFUND unless you've purchased an item that we are out of stock of.

(Refunds for certain shipping cost maybe given, for those that pay Overnight/ Express Shipping. We will refund you the item shipping cost, because you are paying for the Express shipping.)
PARTIAL REFUNDS Returned Items, for any damages on the item. A partial refund may be given. If given a partial refund. We do not refund shipping cost. Partial refund of the product purchased itself is given.
You may contact us within 7 business days from the purchase date for any manufacturer issues via email if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. After we've received the item, assessed/ check for damages, or makeup or anything that wasn’t on the garment prior to you receiving the item, we will then begin your exchange process!

We check all items before they are sent out, we only exchange items if there's an issue via manufacture error or if a wrong size was sent. We cross reference the item you purchase with the item size we sent you, to determine our error.
